Some of our most valuable products were once offered to us from that very thing which we so often cite as an endless annoyance: the sales page. Without forswearing sales pages altogether, how does one still absorb the information one needs, without becoming completely overwhelmed?

When I see sales pages telling me how so-and-so made tens of thousands of dollars in a week as a result of this-or-that, all that comes to mind is “put a lid on it please.” It’s not that it’s unrealistic. I think it is discouraging

We have all had something to say at one time or another about online scams; people who make money by selling things to others which they don’t need, which don’t do what they are said to do, and which can even waste people’s time or distract them from what they should be focused on – besides being a waste of money in the long run. And the fact is, that is far from the worst of it. Do you want to earn money by promoting unethical products? Probably not. But are you always fully aware of what you are promoting?

I just ordered something and I’m actually kind of excited about it. Okay to start off, I have to admit, I was bribed. The product owner is giving away free coaching MP3s for anyone who can pay shipping and handling of around $9.97. But instead of just giving away the MP3 files, or a CD, he is giving away the MP3 player as well. Not only that but his product looks USEFUL!
