There was a time when I began using a timer to track of how much time I spent on what and see how I could streamline it – it turned out that on many days I easily spent well over two hours just getting through my inbox and handling my emails at the beginning of the day.
Some of our most valuable products were once offered to us from that very thing which we so often cite as an endless annoyance: the sales page. Without forswearing sales pages altogether, how does one still absorb the information one needs, without becoming completely overwhelmed?
If you have ever built a business ground up, online or offline, you probably know that there is a point (or, there are points) where things begin to expand slightly faster than is really comfortable, but still not quite as quickly as you would really like them to.
While it’s important not to spread oneself thin and try to work on too many projects at once, it’s also important to develop multiple streams of income. Tax season just ended, and while some people might consider I am a bit late on writing about this, there is also another way of looking at it. Now is a great time to get the year off to a good start so that next year, you don’t have to go through what you went through this year on your tax returns.
If you had 14 hours per week to work on your online business and you spent 10 of those hours wading through your emails, you’d probably find yourself getting nowhere quickly, no matter how many coaching programs you signed up for and no matter how many eBooks or free bonuses you downloaded.
